Proposed Structure for Strategy Workshops

• A clear description of all the envisioned user groups (including those contributing data), and the benefits users should gain using the solution
• The definition of a mid to long-term operational and technical strategy ensuring the solution’s sustainability
  • Data management and storage
  • Involvement of local technical experts in the development, hosting, support and operations
  • Security and data protection requirements and measures
  • Documentation and handover procedures
• Clarification of the desired/possible level of collaborative development with client and representatives of user groups
• Definition of the level of agility in the development process. This should depend on the level of complexity and known
• Definition of monitoring and analytics requirements of system performance and user behavior
• Identification of training and skill development requirements for client stuff
• Identification of communication requirements for the onboarding and adaption of different user groups

The workshop and its outcomes serve to align all expectations, identify aspects that need to be investigated and detailed more precisely.
